The Admin page link appears in the footer only if you are logged in as admin. Hover over image to see:

An "admin-only" text is shown if you try to see the page as a regular user

Below you can see how you can add, edit or delete the frames

You have the same functionality already added to your server. Once you've added the frames, I'll upload the views with the search part.
